Return and Exchanges
For return or exchange purposes, items must be returned within 14 days from the date you received your order.
- Items must be returned to us in perfect condition. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached
- When purchasing a bag please be mindful not to scratch the leather. Returns must also include the dust bag and box, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the bag box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping
- Shoes must be tried on carpet surface until you are sure of your purchase. When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must also include the dust bag and box, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping
Return shipping costs only apply to customers located outside the EU.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

- Please fill out the return/exchange form that is located in your original shipping box. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box with the return/exchange form on top of it.
- Place the box in the original freight bag and tape it securely.
- Place the provided return-shipping label over your prior delivery information.
- Call your local DHL over the phone to schedule a pick up.
- Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to process and refund your return.
